The Head of Business Development & Land Acquisition will play a pivotal role in driving Adani's real estate business expansion in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in the real estate industry, demonstrating exceptional expertise in strategic business development and land acquisition. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and influence key decisions in expanding Dharavi real estate portfolio while upholding the company's core values of sustainability, integrity, and innovation.


  • Lead the formulation and execution of the business development and land acquisition strategy for Dharavi Redevelopment real estate projects in Mumbai.
  • Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities, conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments
  • Negotiate and finalize land acquisition deals while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, landowners, government authorities, and industry partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project proposals, financial models, and investment strategies
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices
  • Oversee the due diligence process, including legal, financial, and technical assessments for potential land acquisitions
  • Manage a team of professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure adherence to sustainable and environmentally responsible land development practices
  • Represent Adani in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation
