Job Title: Growth Product Manager
Location: Remote
Summary:
Wizdom is seeking a data-driven and innovative Growth Product Manager to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention within our suite of educational technology products. You'll be a key player in defining and executing growth strategies, leveraging data analysis to identify opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful results. This role requires a combination of analytical acumen, product sense, and a passion for experimentation.
Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Development:
Develop and refine Wizdom's overall growth strategy, identifying key levers for user acquisition, activation, and retention.
Define clear growth targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop and maintain a roadmap of growth initiatives, prioritizing experiments and projects based on potential impact.
Data Analysis & Experimentation:
Utilize Mixpanel (or similar tools) to analyze user behaviour, funnel metrics, and engagement patterns.
Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of growth initiatives.
Identify and prioritize areas for product optimization based on data insights.
Growth Marketing & Communication:
Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute email campaigns, in-app notifications, and other growth-focused communication strategies.
Optimize user onboarding flows to improve activation and initial engagement.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on data.
Product Enhancements & Features:
Collaborate with the product team to identify and prioritize features and enhancements that drive user growth and engagement.
Advocate for user needs and ensure growth considerations are integrated into product development.
Leverage data to inform feature prioritization and decision-making.
Competitive Analysis & Market Research:
Continuously monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
Conduct market research to identify potential new user segments and growth channels.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a quantitative or technical field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics.
3+ years of experience in a growth product management, growth marketing, or data analysis role within an app-based company.
Demonstrated experience with Mixpanel or similar analytics platforms.
Strong analytical skills and expertise in data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the education technology (edtech) industry.
Familiarity with growth hacking techniques and user acquisition strategies.
Experience with email marketing platforms or marketing automation tools.
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and user-centric design.
Passion for educational technology and improving learning outcomes through innovative product solutions.
