**We would love to hear from you if**:
2+ years of experience in product marketing or product management, preferably in a related industry [B2C products/Social products/Consumer Apps]
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, possibly including some copywriting skills
Ability to develop, organize, and maintain process documentation
Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring product features to life. You are at the centre of our entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates and users.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, startup environment
Metrics-driven and analytical; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results
Self-starter and organized with the ability to prioritize and manage work independently
An eye for good product design and user experience
**What you'll do**:
Understand the emotional value that our product brings in the lives of people, and communicate the perceived value of our product to potential users
Study our product, translate technical details into benefits for the user, follow and analyze market trends and work on product messaging and positioning
Define a go-to-market strategy that relies on using our product as the main vehicle to acquire, activate, and retain users
Test marketing product features, and releases and evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective users
Oversee the entire engine from lead generation through to conversion, engagement, and retention
Plan and lead product-led growth campaigns
Execute successful referral programs as we are a social product and benefit a lot from word-of-mouth marketing and network effects
Collaborate with our engineering, marketing, and leadership team
Track the initiatives and measure week-over-week progress
Come up with various ideas and strategies to sustain the growth
A/B test various features, make improvements and take key decisions around them
Be data-driven and open to experimentation
