Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Delhi, Mumbai (Hiring open for both locations)

Experience: 1-3 years (Freshers with high energy and aptitude for sales may also be considered)

Industry: LED Displays, Digital Signage, AV Solutions or Similar Industry

Role Overview

The
Business Development Executive (BDE)
will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. The role demands a proactive, target-driven individual who can open doors in diverse markets, including
corporates, AV system integrators, consultants, event agencies, retail brands, and government projects
.

Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential clients in target markets.
  • Develop a robust lead pipeline through cold calls, networking, and online research.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team.


Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Present Orion LED's product portfolio to potential customers.
  • Build strong rapport with
    AV consultants, system integrators, and end-users
    .
  • Regularly follow up on leads and opportunities.


Business Development Activities

  • Support participation in exhibitions, events, and demos.
  • Maintain updated records of opportunities in CRM.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations.


Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Share insights with management for strategy refinement.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into opportunities.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales cycles; experience in
    Active LED displays / AV/technology solutions
    preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in Business/Marketing/Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in
    Active LED displays, AV, or B2B technology solutions
    .
  • Freshers with high energy and aptitude for sales may also be considered.
