Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Partnerships Manager

to lead our CPAAS (Communications Platform as a Service) partnerships ecosystem. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for managing revenue and growth of the CPAAS business, hunting

and managing partners across India, the Middle East, and APAC, and supporting sales and

account management teams to offer comprehensive solutions to end-customers.


Key Responsibilities:

● Manage CPAAS Partnerships Ecosystem:

○ Build and maintain strong relationships with CPAAS partners.

○ Identify and onboard new partners to expand the ecosystem.

○ Ensure partners are fully engaged and productive.


● Revenue and Growth Management:

○ Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

○ Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets.

○ Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.


● Partner Hunting and Management:

○ Identify potential partners in India, the Middle East, and APAC.

○ Establish and nurture long-term relationships with partners.

○ Negotiate partnership agreements and manage partner lifecycle.


● Support Sales and Account Management Teams:

○ Collaborate with sales and account managers to provide tailored solutions to

customers.

○ Assist in creating and delivering compelling presentations and proposals.

○ Provide technical expertise and support during sales cycles.


● Channel Service Solutions Expertise:

○ Understand and effectively communicate channel service solutions including

Email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, and Chat solutions.

○ Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.


● Process Streamlining:

○ Work with partners and internal stakeholders to streamline processes.

○ Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.


● Account Farming:

○ Identify potential customers within existing accounts.

○ Develop strategies to cross-sell and upsell CPAAS services.


● B2B Technical Solution Selling:

○ Leverage knowledge of B2B technical solutions to drive sales.

○ Develop and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations.


● New Avenues for Growth:

○ Explore and open new avenues for expanding the partnership ecosystem.

○ Identify and capitalize on market opportunities.


● Marketing Collaboration:

○ Work with the marketing team to create collateral for CPAAS services.

○ Develop case studies, whitepapers, and other marketing materials.


● Standard Operating Procedures (SOP):

○ Create and maintain SOPs using Confluence.

○ Ensure SOPs are accessible to internal stakeholders and updated regularly.



Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

● 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related

roles.

● Proven track record in managing CPAAS partnerships and driving revenue growth.

● Strong understanding of channel service solutions like Email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS,

and Chat solutions.

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Experience with Confluence or similar platforms is a plus.

● Knowledge of the India, Middle East, and APAC markets is highly desirable.
