Role & Responsibility:

  • Manage customer support systems and address client queries across channels (phone, chat, email, whatsapp, etc.).
  • As part of the operations team, adhere to existing system processes and coordinate with different teams for a smooth flow of activities

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of investment products like Unlisted Shares, bonds, FDs, Alternates, etc. is preferred.
  • Candidates should be comfortable in multi-tasking
  • High level of sincerity and prompt response to and speedy resolution of customer queries is expected
