About us: Nash is communication strategy and experiential marketing agency. A live marketing agency based in Mumbai that organizes and executes various experiential events for brands and businesses, such as festivals, concerts, ceremonies, etc. We excel in brand building, ad production, and event management.

Location: Mulund

Working model: Onsite

Days: Monday to Saturdays

Timings:10:00am - 6:00pm

Budget: 50-60k

Experience: 2 - 3 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and nurture strong relationships with assigned clients, focusing on their event-related needs.- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests related to events.- Proactively address client needs and anticipate potential issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction during event planning and execution.- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and offer assistance for their events.- Understand the specific needs and goals of each client’s event and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and event production, to ensure client needs are met effectively.- Monitor client satisfaction and engagement levels throughout the event lifecycle and identify areas for improvement.- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and implementation of client requests related to events.- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth, with a focus on event services.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience in event management is a must.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.- Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office suite.
