Role & responsibilities

  • Partnering
    with the Stake holders to determine the CP month on month.
  • Sourcing
    and screening the candidates for the required Bikers/ Van CEE (Delivery CEE).
  • Evaluating
    the skills and competencies of the candidate including Personality, Appearance,
    Communication, and customer focus skills.
  • Scheduling
    and performing to close the interview loops with the panel.
  • Working
    with respective HRBPs for induction planning and Onboarding Formalities.
  • Briefing
    the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job
  • Following
    training calendar and sharing nominations on prior as per the schedule
  • Follow
    up with the selected candidates till training handover.
  • Monitoring
    the training dropouts and controlling the training attritions.
  • Involving
    Field activities and other promotional activities
  • Maintaining
    Walk in Tracker, Joining tracker Report
  • Coordinating
    with Vendors for Biker hiring.
  • Initiating
    another mode of hiring verticals.

Generating
Referrals from the employees Cutting down the CPH.
- Experience
in Field Recruitment/Blue Collar Job Hiring would be a plus.
