Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and driven IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in sourcing high-quality talent across multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and others. In addition to direct sourcing, the ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with partner companies and staffing vendors who can support our hiring goals through resource augmentation. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the nuances of technical and non-technical hiring, and can manage both individual contributor and vendor-based sourcing strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities

● Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across various job boards and professional networks (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)

● Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs

● Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective sourcing strategies

● Identify, evaluate, and engage with third-party vendors, staffing agencies, and partner companies for contract and project-based staffing

● Manage relationships with external partners and ensure timely delivery of quality profiles ● Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including interviews, feedback collection, and offer negotiations

● Maintain accurate and updated records in ATS or internal systems

● Stay up to date with industry trends and innovative sourcing techniques Qualifications & Skills

● 2–4 years of relevant experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition

● Hands-on experience sourcing from platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals

● Experience in vendor management and building strategic partnerships for staff augmentation

● Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills

● Strong organizational and time management abilities

● Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

Pay: ₹180, ₹300,000.00 per year
