The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the branch, including business development, sales, customer service, team management, compliance, and profitability. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving growth and achieving branch targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Achieve branch sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Drive cross-selling of products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

2. Operations & Customer Service

  • Ensure efficient and smooth functioning of branch operations.
  • Deliver superior customer service and resolve escalated issues.
  • Monitor and improve service quality standards.

3. Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and manage branch staff.
  • Set performance goals and monitor team achievements.
  • Motivate and guide employees for productivity and growth.

4. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain audit and compliance standards.
  • Manage branch risks and ensure proper documentation and reporting.

5. Financial Management

  • Monitor branch budgets, expenses, and profitability.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales, operations, and performance.
