Branch Manager (Female)

Location: The Baking and Pastry Institute, Trivandrum

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Baking and Pastry Institute, Trivandrum, is seeking a female Branch Manager to lead and manage our institute's daily operations. The ideal candidate will oversee admissions, sales conversions, team performance, and ensure smooth branch functioning while maintaining excellent customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operations of the Trivandrum branch.
  • Supervise the front office, sales, and administrative team.
  • Handle student inquiries, counselling, and admissions conversion.
  • Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Coordinate with the Head Office for reports, marketing, and operational updates.
  • Manage staff schedules, discipline, and branch efficiency.
  • Ensure all records, documentation, and reports are up to date.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (Any discipline).
  • Experience in a similar managerial or counselling role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.).
  • Pleasant personality with a positive and motivating attitude.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)Location: The Baking and Pastry Institute, Trivandrum
