  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and counseling candidates.
  • Source candidates through field activities including job fairs, walk-in drives, and community networking.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and employer requirements using CRM tools.
  • Partner with colleges, skill centers, and local institutions to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Promote the company's employer brand across communities and local events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws during all hiring activities.

Requirements

  • 1 3 years of experience in field recruitment, campus hiring, or mass hiring.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively for recruitment activities.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and basic recruitment tools.
  • Graduation in any discipline; additional certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition are a plus.
