- *HR Administration*: Perform HR administrative tasks, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with company policies.

- *MS Office Proficiency*: Utilize MS Word and MS Excel for HR-related tasks, reporting, and data management.

- *Industrial Guidelines Knowledge*: Ensure adherence to industrial guidelines and regulations in HR practices.

Requirements

- *Experience*: 3-5 years in HR, preferably with experience in payroll.

- *Skills*:

- Good knowledge of industrial guidelines.

- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.

- Ability to handle the complete recruiting process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹43,374.62 per month
