Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at TechRyde's Noida, UP India location. The Sales Manager will lead the inside sales team, drive lead generation efforts, manage key accounts, and focus on building strong customer relationships. This role will involve setting sales strategies, mentoring sales representatives, and ensuring that customer satisfaction goals are met. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for representing the company at industry events and trade shows, contributing to the overall growth of TechRyde.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales targets
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth
Generate new leads and oversee account management for key clients
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service
Maintain strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling
Represent TechRyde at trade shows in US and industry events
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to align sales strategies
Track sales performance and report to senior management
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management, lead generation, and account management
Strong leadership and team management skills
