Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base Interact with all functional heads of the client company to understand their business processes / complexities for mapping appropriate IT solutions. Responsible for end-to-end sales in Government domain Mentoring, designing sales training and incentive programs. Manage the sales teams for effective market penetration and revenue generation. Co-ordinate, lead, motivate and mobilise the company’s Sales, Pre Sales, Marketing and Delivery teams Developing client relationships to explore further areas & possibilities of engagement
Skill Requirement
-Must have 10+ years of experience in IT Sales - Leadership role in Software, SAAS, Cloud Computing or Hosting services
- Must have IT Sales experience in Government Vertical
- Must have passion for growing businesses
- Must have indepth sales knowledge of IT Infra , Cloud, Data Center, SI, Web Hosting
- Must have team handling and mentoring skill
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have strong decision-making, and problem solving skills
