Job Title: Presales Manager

Job Location: Remote(Requires occasional travel to Chennai)

Experience: 9-15 years

We at Movate Technologies, looking for Presales Managers who have 5-7 years of pre-sales experience in Digital Engineering services (Application development, Support/Maintenance) or Infrastructure.

R&R:

- End to End pursuit management- Ownership and accountability for end-to-end bid management of deals- Manage and coordinate stakeholder relationships the Sales, Delivery, IT, finance and legal throughout the bid cycle- Ability to design and develop Solutions along with delivery and sales SPOC inputs- Ability to articulate executive summary, win themes as part of the proposal- Strong knowledge on pricing models and bench marking- Work along with Sales and Delivery teams on RFP/RFQ’s requirements for proposal content by analyzing the bid details, identify win themes, solutioning and associated risks for the project.

SKILLS AND EXP :

· The candidate should have previously worked with Tier I IT services organizations with operational experience in managing Application support & development projects

· Demonstrable experience of working on large and complex bids as a Bid Manager with effective co-ordination with Solutioning team (Delivery), sales lead and finance team for commercial modelling.

· Strong organizational, facilitation and project management skills

· Experience, capability in interfacing Sales team spread across global locations

· Determined and enthusiastic in bringing pursuits to a successful closure

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Understanding of Shipley’s Methodologies in writing successful /winning proposal is a plus

· Shipley’s certification is a plus
