(based on skills and experience)Position Overview:As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR department to support various aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the field and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.Key Responsibilities:Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Coordinate interview logistics, such as booking meeting rooms and coordinating with interviewers and candidates.Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing paperwork, setting up IT accounts, and organizing orientation sessions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contact information, leaves, and documentation.Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities and recognition programs.Conduct research on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed, including drafting communications and organizing files.Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and a brief cover letter outlining their interest in the position and relevant qualifications to our team and embark on a rewarding journey to make a positive impact in the lives of students across India
