Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at Āroka. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting the HR team in various day-to-day tasks, including HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will also have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic fashion environment.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices- Understanding of HR management and policies- Familiarity with employee benefits administration- Ability to assist in personnel management tasks- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to work well in a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Experience or coursework in Human Resources is a plus
