About the internship:

Are you looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR intern to join our team in Mumbai. This internship will provide hands-on experience and the opportunity to grow within our company. Based on your performance, we may offer you a full-time position during or after the internship period.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1) Planning activities for employees.

2) Managing email communication and coordination with management.

3) Handling the IT and non-IT recruitment process.

4) Posting and publishing job descriptions on various networks and portals.

5) Sourcing candidates and managing the database from job portals.

6) Organizing and taking sessions for our employees.

7) Motivating employees regularly.

8) Being innovative in planning and executing HR activities.

Requirements:

1) Good logical skills and a sound mind.

2) Quick learner and tech-savvy.

3) Strong communication and negotiating skills.

4) Smart, young (with fresh ideas), and genuine.

5) Interest in making a career in Human Resources.

6) Fresher or may have prior internship experience.

7) Ability to come to work daily.

8) Ability to join immediately or within 1 week.

9) Good grasping skills and a quick learner.
