Human Resources Intern

Position Type: Internship (Part-Time/Full-Time)

Duration: 3-6 months



Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, eager to learn and contribute to our HR initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

1.Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and coordinating orientation sessions.

2.Employee Relations:

  • Aid in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in resolving employee inquiries and directing them to appropriate resources.

3.Training and Development:

  • Support the coordination of training sessions and development programs.
  • Assist in tracking employee training records and program effectiveness.

4.HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
  • Support various HR projects and initiatives as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
