Learn more: OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Success Specialist (Delhi NCR) to manage client relationships and support new business development.70% Customer Success | 30% Business GrowthYou’ll be Studium’s key representative in Delhi NCR, working directly with top colleges and universities.This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, people-driven, and excited about shaping the future of higher education.Key Responsibilities ????Customer SuccessAct as the primary contact for all active clients in Delhi NCRConduct regular college visits to support adoption and implementation of Studium toolsHelp institutions interpret accreditation insights and use our apps (e.g., NIRF Analysis, Alumni Tracking, Smart OBE)Train faculty and administrators on product usageEnsure client satisfaction, timely resolution, and strategic follow-up???? Business DevelopmentSupport outreach to new institutions in the regionParticipate in early-stage meetings, demos, and presentationsRepresent Studium at academic events and networking forums???? Domain EnablementUnderstand accreditation frameworks (NAAC, NBA, NIRF, AACSB)Position Studium as a trusted domain expert, not just a software providerShare client feedback with internal teams for product improvements????
