Role: Senior Recruitment Associate

Job description
• Ideal candidate must be from Recruitment / Staffing / IT consulting / IT Services industry, with
minimum 5+ years of experience in Technology and Sales hiring.
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
• Responsible for End-to-End recruitment
• Experience in US and Europe Hiring
• 3+ years of experience working with CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, Account Managers and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and
deadlines
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and related software application
