Job Responsibilities
1 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and prioritize recruitment efforts
2 Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
3 Creation of Job descriptions in consultation with the hiring managers and update the same on a regular basis
4 Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks as per the requirements of the JD
5 Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and making job offers
6 Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job opportunities
7 Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding recruitment and hiring practices
8 Ensure engagement of the offered candidates until their joining
9 Development hiring dashboards and metrics
