Role Overview - We are looking for a B2B Sales Expert who thrives on building relationships and closing high-value deals in the HR consulting, coaching, and learning space. The role demands a consultative seller with a deep understanding of enterprise learning needs, who can engage confidently with CHROs, L&D Heads, and Business Leaders to position Leadup's premium solutions. Key Responsibilities Drive B2B sales for consulting, coaching, and training offerings across enterprise clients. Leverage your own network of HR and L&D leaders to generate qualified leads. Conduct client meetings, pitch presentations, and solution discussions with senior level stakeholders. Develop customized proposals, RFP responses, and commercial models aligned to client needs. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through consultative, value-driven selling. Collaborate closely with delivery and program design teams to ensure client success and renewals. Required Skills & Experience 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in HR Consulting / L&D / Coaching / Training space. Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals (₹25L–₹1Cr+). Excellent command over English communication (written & verbal). Strong proposal writing and presentation skills. Consultative selling mindset with the ability to diagnose client needs and co-create solutions. Existing professional network of CHROs, HR & L&D Heads (mandatory).
