Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration (Salesforce Admin Certification is a must).Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other key Salesforce functionalities.Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements.Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and data analysis in Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Business Analyst is a plus.Experience in third-party tool integrations and Salesforce AppExchange solutions.Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Pardot, or Marketing Cloud is advantageous.Strong understanding of data migration and ETL processes.
