Job Description


This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced team as a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst. As part of this role, you will design, develop, test, integrate, and support technically innovative solutions for our Fortune 500 customers. You will leverage your wide range of experiences, developed professional concepts, and understanding of the industry, customer, and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative ways.


Responsibilities:



  • Mid-level/Senior business analyst with strong functional/business analysis skills and experience in Salesforce.
  • Proficient in requirement capturing.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and break them down into user stories.
  • Organize and refine the user stories in the backlog.
  • Review test cases.
  • Should have worked in Agile project methodologies.
  • Hands-on involvement in validating functionality.
  • Coordinate with the QA team and answer QA queries.
  • Able to handle projects independently.
  • Salesforce admin would be a plus.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications We Seek in You


For this role, we require:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience working on Salesforce platforms or other CRM software packages (Microsoft CRM, InterAction, SalesLogix, Oracle On-Demand, SAP etc.) preferred.
  • Experience and expertise in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
