Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration (Salesforce Admin Certification is a must).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other key Salesforce functionalities.
  • Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and data analysis in Salesforce.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Business Analyst is a plus.
  • Experience in third-party tool integrations and Salesforce AppExchange solutions.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Pardot, or Marketing Cloud is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of data migration and ETL processes.
