Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented NBFC Sales Manager to lead our efforts in coordinating with Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) to sell our innovative financial products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the NBFC landscape, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of B2B sales. This role involves developing partnerships with NBFCs, promoting our products, and driving sales through these partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

● Develop and implement strategic plans to establish and expand partnerships with NBFCs.

● Identify key NBFCs and decision-makers to target for partnership opportunities.

● Create and manage sales plans, forecasts, and budgets specifically for the NBFC channel.

2. Partnership Development:

● Build and maintain strong relationships with NBFC executives and key stakeholders.

● Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts with NBFCs.

● Ensure that partnerships align with the company's business objectives and provide mutual benefits.

3. Product Promotion and Sales:

● Promote our financial products to NBFC partners, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.

● Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for NBFC partners.

● Drive sales through NBFC partnerships by setting and achieving sales targets.

4. Market Analysis and Insights:

● Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the NBFC sector.

● Gather feedback from NBFC partners to continuously improve our products and services.

● Provide regular market insights and reports to senior management.

5. Relationship Management:

● Act as the primary point of contact for NBFC partners, addressing their needs and concerns.

● Ensure a high level of satisfaction among NBFC partners through ongoing support and engagement.

● Develop and implement strategies to retain and expand existing NBFC partnerships.

6. Compliance and Risk Management:

● Ensure that all partnership activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

● Implement and enforce risk management practices to protect the company's interests.

● Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure partners are informed and compliant.

7. Team Collaboration and Leadership:

● Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align strategies and objectives.

● Lead and mentor a team of sales executives focused on the NBFC channel.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

● More than 4 years of Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the financial services industry, with a focus on NBFC partnerships.

● Strong understanding of NBFC products, services, and market dynamics.

● Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
