Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the sales team. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job roles are.at different positions in Sales Verticals including Sales through GEM Portal, Experience in various segments including Banks, NBFCs, Registration and Sales Development in Public and Private sectors including Approvals/Registrations from the Oil companies, SBI, LIC, PWD, BSNL, State and Central Authorities, Sales at State/ Central Governments Departments, Railways, under various rate contracts and Banks/ ATMs Segment, PSU’s and such others.
Establish and develop OEM/Retail Sales Network & Distributor Channel Network on regional/state/national level.
Handling & executing marketing activities such as SEO, SMO, Google.promotion, media coverage, road shows, exhibitions, brand promotions & tele Marketing.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and business development
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of the machinery industry and power solutions
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in UPS industry is a plus Fluency in English and Hindi
