Job Title:- Sales Manager
Location:- Mumbai/Delhi and Bangalore Experience:-5+ yrs
Budget:-25 lpa
Qualification:-MBA
Skills:-B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, Domestic industry experience.
Requirements:-

 Should have experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, Target should not less that 1.5crs as a       individual
 A person should be okay with IC role
 A person should have domestic industry experience. A person should have experience in enterprise sales only.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
    • Set and monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Team Leadership and Management:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to team members.
    • Foster a positive and competitive team environment that promotes high levels of motivation and collaboration.
  • Sales Operations and Process Management:
    • Oversee the sales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage customer interactions, sales data, and reporting.
    • Generate and analyze sales reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
    • Develop strategies for customer retention and growth.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
    • Act as a liaison between the sales team and senior management, ensuring clear communication of objectives, progress, and feedback.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve sales strategies and processes.
    • Implement innovative sales techniques and tools to enhance team performance and efficiency.
