We are hiring Channel Sales Specialist-Sourcing (Real Estate) for one of the reputed developer leading in Mumbai/Pune locations.

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Pune (East & West)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Identification:
    Research and identify potential channel partners that align with our business strategy.
  • Outreach and Engagement:
    Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage prospective partners, including cold outreach, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure alignment and mutual benefit. Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and support.
  • Negotiation:
    Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring favourable terms that align with company goals.
  • Market Analysis:
    Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for partnership.
  • On boarding:
    Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the on boarding process for new partners, including training, resources, and support.
  • Performance Tracking:
    Monitor and analyse the performance of channel partners, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
