The Impact You'll Make The role of Deputy Manager – Sales Lifecycle Business plays a pivotal part in driving revenue growth and market expansion. By systematically mapping existing and competitor customers along with the installed base in the North region, the role identifies high-potential opportunities to boost retrofit and replacement sales. It also focuses on developing new customer relationships in untapped (white space) areas, thereby expanding the company’s footprint. What You’ll Be Doing Visit existing Danfoss/VACON customers & competitor customers to map the install base. Address customer issues and service queries by coordinating with different departments. Implement digitalization solutions to customers. Build strong relationship with customer & Gain confidence from them as technical consultant Conduct Customer engagement programs at sites with completion of drive audit for new & existing customers. Strong focus on competition drives replacement demonstrating service competency. Increase our SOW in the market. Convert enquiries to sale maintaining high profitability. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. 8 to 12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or lifecycle services. Strong understanding of retrofit/replacement sales and customer lifecycle management. Ready to Make a Difference?
