In This Role, You Will: The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing sales strategies, managing key client accounts, and leading a team of sales professionals. This role requires strong business acumen, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to align sales initiatives with the company’s overall objectives.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying new business opportunities. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives/managers to meet and exceed performance goals. Conduct regular pipeline reviews and ensure accurate sales forecasting. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients to maximize profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage. Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences. Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership. Ensure the sales team adheres to company standards, policies, and compliance requirements. Here's What You Need: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of sales experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership/managerial role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Key Competencies Results-oriented and driven to exceed goals.
