Job Description Inviting applications for the role of Manager /Sr. Manager - Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) CDP This role involves leading the architecture, design, and implementation of an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Customer Data Platform (CDP) to drive data-driven marketing and personalization. The Tech Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, data engineering, and IT, to build a unified view of the customer and ensure effective data integration and activation. Responsibilities - - Architecture & Implementation: Define and implement scalable and secure AEP CDP architecture. - Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of developers, architects, and analysts. - Data Integration: Oversee integration of various data sources to create unified customer profiles. - Customer Identity Management: Manage the identity resolution process for enriched customer insights. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with marketing, analytics, and IT to align AEP with business goals for customer segmentation and personalization. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA). - Martech Integration: Integrate AEP CDP with other Adobe tools and the marketing technology stack. - Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize AEP platform usage. - Vendor Management: Coordinate with Adobe and other vendors for timely feature and support delivery. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications / Skills - Relevant exp. in marketing technology, DMP/CDP implementation, and team leadership. - Deep experience with Adobe Experience Platform, customer data models, and data governance. - Strong skills in integrating data for segmentation and personalization, and familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud. - Knowledge of data privacy regulations and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Bachelor's degree in a related field Master's preferred Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Experience with machine learning for personalization. - Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools. - Background in Agile/Scrum environments. - - - - -
