Business Development Manager – Networking

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in networking, firewall, and endpoint security solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, and vendors.
  • Work closely with the technical and pre-sales team to understand client requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, lead generation plans, and account management activities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of the latest cybersecurity trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development / sales in networking, firewall, and endpoint protection products.
  • Strong knowledge of firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos, etc.) and endpoint protection solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the IT/security domain.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications in networking/security (CCNA, CCNP, NSE, etc.) will be an added advantage.
