**Customer Interaction**: Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with clients, answer queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Lead Management**: Generate and follow up on leads through telecalling, manage customer databases, and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with other departments (such as logistics, finance, and customer service) to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and client satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Compile and prepare regular sales reports, track performance metrics, and assist in analyzing data to optimize sales strategies.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including quotations, invoices, and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with telecalling and handling inbound/outbound sales calls.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales coordination or a similar role; experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other sales-related software.
