**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation & Management**:
- Coordinate the creation and use of content in various forms (e.g., articles, videos, graphics, blogs) across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
**Digital Marketing**:
- Manage social media accounts, engage with the audience, and track performance metrics.
- Optimize website content for SEO and ensure a strong online presence.
**Campaign Management**:
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve future efforts.
**Market Research**:
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
- Use insights to refine marketing strategies and campaigns.
**Brand Consistency**:
- Ensure all marketing materials align with the company’s brand guidelines and voice.
- Maintain consistent branding across all media channels.
**Coordination & Collaboration**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure marketing objectives align with business goals.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to support marketing activities.
**Public Relations (PR)**:
- Coordinate PR activities, including writing press releases, pitching stories, and managing media relationships.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR performance.
**Performance Tracking & Reporting**:
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, preparing regular reports on the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize results.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or PR roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
