**Job Description: Social Media Coordinator and Google Ads Specialist**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Coordination**:

- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and written content that align with the brand’s voice and goals.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely campaigns.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms.
- Foster meaningful interactions with followers to build brand loyalty and engagement.
- **Strategy Development**:

- Plan and execute social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and website traffic.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions).
- Provide regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.

**Google Ads Management**:

- **Campaign Strategy**:

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, etc.) to achieve business objectives (e.g., lead generation, sales, brand awareness).
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- **Ad Creation & Optimization**:

- Write compelling ad copy and design effective landing pages to maximize conversions.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for performance, including bid adjustments, A/B testing, and budget allocation.
- **Tracking & Reporting**:

- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient campaigns.
- Provide recommendations for budget allocation based on performance data.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
