Job Overview
We are looking for a Sr. Business Development Manager to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Sr. Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. This is a mid-level position that requires 4 to 6 years of experience in business development. The job location is Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India and the employment type is Full-Time.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in business development
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
- Knowledge of the B2B marketplace and industry trends
- Self-motivated and target-oriented individual
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify New Sales leads.
Must have laptop and own vehicle
Field Sales
Prospect for new Clients by networking.
Cold Calling.
Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.
Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals.
Plan approaches and pitches.
Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Any other Job duties as assign by the Management time to time
