Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating and implementing sales strategies. They will also be responsible for conducting market research, analysing competitor activities, and participating in networking events and industry conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic plans to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in designated markets.
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and determine their needs and how our services can meet those needs.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and support.
· Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining client satisfaction.
· Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales team, operations team) to ensure alignment and to develop sales strategies and solutions.
· Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company’s capabilities and value proposition.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in business development and sales.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Knowledge of the security services industry.
· Proficiency in market research and analysis.
· Ability to work independently and remotely.
· Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
· Experience in the security services industry is a plus.
