Job Description
As an Assistant Manager - EBO Operations, your role will primarily involve supporting our business by overseeing sales, planning, and operational aspects of stores across West and South India.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the achievement of Sales Targets.
2. Responsible for planning to increase sales, identify gaps, and exploit opportunities.
3. Recruit, manage, and motivate the store team.
4. Manage store staff and processes, coordinating with malls and partners.
5. Track competitors, implement marketing activities, and monitor their effectiveness.
6. Maintain merchandising standards, planograms, and product visibility as per company norms.
7. Analyze brands and SKUs to plan and execute strategies for optimal results.
8. Motivate and train staff members.
9. Ensure visual merchandising implementation in every season.
10. Conduct store audits and ensure staff hygiene and grooming standards.
11. Perform quarterly stock audits for each store.
12. Provide solutions for store-related issues and coordinate with the respective teams at the Head Office.
13. Demonstrate sensitivity to staff selection and development.
14. Manage relationships with partners.
15. Must be willing to travel extensively (PAN India).
Requirements Preferred Candidate
We are seeking candidates with at least 5 years of experience in retail operations and sales. Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Level) is required, along with a postgraduate degree in any stream.
Qualitative Skills:
1. Analytical mindset.
2. Experience in preparing business plans and proposals.
