Job Description:CloudMotiv is an IoT(Internet of Things) solution provider focused on ensuring 24/7 uptime for all manufacturing assets and looking for a Business Development/ Sales- Assistant Manager focused on customer acquisition.Key Responsibilities:Onboard New Clients: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, distributors, and vendors. Also, should enhance relationship with existing customers.Making Connections: Leverage industrial connections for marketing the products.Product Understanding: Comprehensive knowledge of the manufacturing processes, materials, and the technical aspects of the products being sold.Industry Trends: Awareness of market trends, innovations, and competitors in the manufacturing sector.Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.Presentation Skills: Ability to present complex products and solutions clearly to non-technical clients.Adaptability: Ability to handle evolving manufacturing technologies and customer requirements.Resilience: Managing long sales cycles, project delays, and fluctuating demand in the manufacturing industrySkills:Bachelor's Degree OR MBA in OperationsRelevant 1-2 years' of sales experience working in manufacturing sectorsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, distributors, and vendors.Excellent communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical details in a clear and concise manner.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
