Area Business Manager - Mia
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
Leverage deep geographical knowledge of the Karnataka market to expand coverage and penetration.
Establish, manage, and strengthen relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
¢ Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and recommend growth strategies.
¢ Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
¢ Review and analyze sales data to drive informed decision-making.
¢ Oversee vendor management and ensure smooth execution of channel programs.
¢ Drive mobility partners, including mobile and accessories business.
Qualifications & Experience
¢ Masters degree in Business Administration or related field.
¢ Proven experience in sales, business development, and distribution network setup within the wearable, smartphone, or consumer electronics industry.
¢ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
¢ Demonstrated business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
¢ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
