About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused
Client Success Executive
to join our team. In this role, you will act as the
lawyer of our clients
—understanding their needs, representing their interests, and ensuring they receive the best possible service—while staying loyal to the organization's vision and commitments.

This is not a sales or cold-calling role. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture client relationships, oversee project deliveries, and ensure timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and support.
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns quickly and effectively.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communication and project progress.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on delivery status and client feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach.
  • Prior experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success is a plus.
