Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior management or executives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and events for the CEO.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of board meetings, executive sessions, and other high-level meetings.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Handle various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a proven track record of supporting senior management or executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and priorities.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
