Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Generate leads through
    cold calling
    ,
    email outreach
    ,
    LinkedIn prospecting
    , and
    PPC campaigns
    .
  • Identify potential clients in target markets and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and needs.
  • Sales and Conversion:
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach.
  • Convert leads into qualified opportunities and close sales for IT services including web/mobile development, blockchain, AI, and digital marketing.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Set up meetings between prospective clients and senior leadership.
  • Deliver impactful sales pitches and product/service demonstrations.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:
  • Work closely with marketing to run and optimize PPC and inbound campaigns for lead generation.
  • Provide feedback to product and tech teams regarding client needs and market trends.
  • Reporting & Targets:
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for leadership.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • For BDE: 0.6 – 2 years in sales, business development, or lead generation in the IT or digital services industry.
  • For BDM: 2 – 5+ years in business development, with proven experience in handling the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and direct outreach.
  • Experience with sales tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, and PPC platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of IT services and digital solutions.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience working in IT/Software/Digital Marketing agency sales.
  • Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, GoodFirms, etc., for bidding or lead acquisition.
  • Knowledge of sales funnels, inbound marketing, and B2B consultative selling.
