Position: Business Development Executive
Summary of Job: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding the organizations presence in the education sector through strategic partnerships, B2B initiatives, and targeted outreach. The role will focus on promoting study abroad programs, building institutional relationships, and engaging prospective students through innovative engagement strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Outreach Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive outreach plans to promote study abroad programs and attract prospective students
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with high schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to facilitate student referrals and partnerships
- Engage in B2B: Focus on business-to-business (B2B) activities to establish tie-ups and partnerships with other educational institutions and organizations
- Engage with Prospective Students: Conduct informational sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate students and their families about study abroad opportunities, application processes, and benefit
- Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, social media campaigns, and other marketing initiatives to increase awareness of study abroad programs
- Track and Report Outreach Activities: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, monitor progress, and provide regular reports to senior management on the effectiveness of outreach efforts
- Represent the Organization at Events: Attend and represent the organization at education fairs, conferences, and other relevant events to network and promote study abroad programs
- Support Application Process: Assist prospective students with the application process, including providing guidance on required documentation, deadlines, and other essential information
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with trends and developments in the study abroad and international education sector to ensure our programs remain competitive and relevant
Primary KRAs:
- Knowledge of business development principles and strategies, with a focus on partnership development.
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and legal requirements related to partnership agreements
- Willingness to travel as required for outreach activities and event
Job Knowledge (Prerequisite)
- Deep understanding of the education sector, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Education Qualification: Graduate degree from a reputed institute/university
Experience: 3 to 7 years of work experience in a high-growth entrepreneurial role
