Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Generate leads through
cold calling
,
email outreach
,
LinkedIn prospecting
, and
PPC campaigns
. - Identify potential clients in target markets and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and needs.
- Sales and Conversion:
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach.
- Convert leads into qualified opportunities and close sales for IT services including web/mobile development, blockchain, AI, and digital marketing.
- Client Engagement:
- Set up meetings between prospective clients and senior leadership.
- Deliver impactful sales pitches and product/service demonstrations.
- Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with marketing to run and optimize PPC and inbound campaigns for lead generation.
- Provide feedback to product and tech teams regarding client needs and market trends.
- Reporting & Targets:
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for leadership.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- For BDE: 0.6 – 2 years in sales, business development, or lead generation in the IT or digital services industry.
- For BDM: 2 – 5+ years in business development, with proven experience in handling the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and direct outreach.
- Experience with sales tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, and PPC platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Strong understanding of IT services and digital solutions.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Preferred:
- Prior experience working in IT/Software/Digital Marketing agency sales.
- Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, GoodFirms, etc., for bidding or lead acquisition.
- Knowledge of sales funnels, inbound marketing, and B2B consultative selling.
