Timings: Monday to Friday, 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (Night Shift)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives (based on performance)

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand our reach in the global market.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
· Managing end to end of the sales life cycle from prospecting to closure
· Continuously sourcing the repeat business from the existing clients
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
· Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions or services.
· Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
· Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
· Maintain accurate records of business development activities and progress reports.
· Adhere to the process guidelines and flows without any miss
· Achieve individual and team KPIs and contribute to overall company growth.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
· Female candidate preferred
· 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (Freshers are welcome to apply).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in night shifts (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM) in a work from office setting
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
· Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office will be an advantage.
What We Offer:
· Fixed salary of ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on interview performance).
