Job Description: IT Sales Executive

We work closely with enterprise clients and government organizations, including major telecom projects with BSNL (like CPAN, NGN, and other initiatives). Our focus is to deliver innovative IT, cloud, and security solutions that empower organizations to achieve their goals.
Position: IT Sales Executive
Location: Welldone Tech Park, Sohna Road, Sector 48, Gurgaon
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–3 years
Preferred: Female Candidates
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, generate, and convert sales opportunities for IT solutions, including Microsoft, AWS, Fortinet, Ruijie, and other partner products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) to track client interactions, leads, and sales pipeline.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of project documentation for BSNL projects like CPAN, NGN, etc.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams for project execution and solution demonstrations.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and partner product updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or any Graduate.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT products, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.
- Prior experience in IT sales/telecom projects will be an added advantage.
